Forever Friends Softplay is a softplay rental company catering to kids 5 and under. We bring the fun right to your front door! Our services cover Charlotte and surrounding areas, ensuring that your little ones have a blast in a safe and enjoyable environment. We take pride in providing a hassle-free experience for parents and a joyous, memorable time for the kids. Let us bring the excitement to your next event or gathering!

  • Q: What is your deposit policy?
    To secure your event date, we require a $75 retainer (non-refundable deposit). The remaining rental balance is due one week prior to your event date. If we do not receive payment by then, we may have to cancel your rental and retain the deposit.
  • Q: Do you all set up outdoors?
    Yes, we do set up outdoors! The area must be dry, leveled, cleaned and free of rocks. We will not set up on sand or dirt. If the temperature is over 75 degrees, we do require equipment be set up in a shaded area or under a canopy. We do have canopies available for an additional $50 each. The equipment can get hot in direct sunlight, your little one's safety is a top priority for us!
  • Q: What about indoor setups?
    We do indoor setups too! Forever Friends provides fun indoor setups for various occasions, whether a residential home or gymnasium we can provide setup. Feel free to contact us for special requests or more details!
  • Q: How long is the rental period?
    Our daily rental period is a fun-filled 4 hours! If you're planning an extended celebration, no worries- additional hours can be arranged for a extra fee. Let's make your event unforgettable!
  • Q: What time are you going to set up my party?
    About 1-2 hours before your event, we will communicate with you 24 hours prior to your event with set up details. Setups can take up to 1.5 hours.
  • Q: What happens if it rains?
    If it rains, we will not set up outdoors! The weather can be unpredictable so it's best to have a plan for indoor use as a backup prior to your event. If there is no way to setup equipment indoors, a refund minus the retainer fee will be issued. You may also transfer the deposit to another event within 6 months of the original event date. Once equipment is setup there will be no refunds issued.
  • Q: What areas do you serve?
    We offer complimentary delivery within a 15-mile radius of 28202. For deliveries outside of the established 15-mile radius, will have a delivery fee of $1 per additional mile.
  • Q: What is your cancellation policy?
    Cancellations must be received at least 10 days prior to the event date. Should the event be cancelled the retainer (non-refundable deposit) can be used as a credit for a future event within 6 months of the original event date. If the credit it not used within 6 months of the previous event date, the retainer is forfeited. Cancellations made less than 1 week of the event will forfeit the ability to transfer the retainer to a future event and will receive a partial refund of 50% of total cost.
  • Q: How will I know my event is booked?
    Your package and date are secured once both the rental contract has been signed and the retainer has been paid!
  • Q: What are your safety and cleanliness protocols?
    Safety and cleanliness are our top priorities because we cater to our young explorers! We meticulously clean each product after every use with a non-toxic cleaner to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for everyone!
